it's eight o'clock.
thanks to daylight savings, it's still pretty dark.
eight o'clock. not quite an ungodly hour, but it's pretty close.
and i am awake. with no classes until 2. granted, i should be in drawing II right now, till 9:10. and after that is 3D design. both, at the moment, are cancelled. why? well, because larsen, our lovely fine arts building, is ablaze. i don't know the extent of the damage, but apparently 15 or so minutes ago there was some sort of electrical fire. they just sent over a few fire trucks... i can hear the siren now, actually.
everyone is out of the building and no one was hurt, thankfully, but.... need i mention the stuff? theatre costumes, band instruments and music, art students' work... not pretty.
i alone have about $100 in art supplies sitting in the studio.
not to mention my coat. phone. keys. frappichino.
dang. i hope, for the school's sake that there isn't much damage done to the building. or my stuff. i mean, i really want that frappichino.

hahaha oh dearest kat....it truly was "ablaze" as you say...i only wish i could have seen it...at 8 this morning i was still asleep and dead to the world
